Dakea’s underfelt collar reduces the installation time of roof windows and skylights, and ensures a watertight solution. Specifically designed for roof window installations, it will improve the quality of your installations and save you time.

  • The underfelt collar reduces window installation time by eliminating the need for cutting.
  • It ensures 100% water tightness and reduces the risk of leaks, particularly when paired with appropriate skylight flashing.
  • Made of stretchable, highly tear-resistant polystyrene, non-woven fabric with a vapor-permeable polyurethane coating. It is one piece with no joints. This ensures durability and 100% water tightness.
  • A breathable layer of vapor-permeable polyurethane enhances ventilation and lowers the risk of condensation.
  • The underfelt collar includes temperature resistance to 80 degrees C and has a B1 fire resistance rating.
  • It is easy to fit and adjust. The squared surface will help you to cut straight if necessary – making the installation even quicker and easier.
