Integrated foil collar RUC
Dakea Control+ in size includes a pre-installed underfelt foil RUC ensuring easy and quick installation.
Integrated flashing with apron
The skylight is provided with an Integrated flashing with apron and integrated foam gasket, which ensure a perfect connection to tile roofs. You can easily remove or trim the foam gasket and fit the skylight perfectly onto the slates too.
Opening Restrictor
The skylight features an opening restrictor that prevents the window from swinging open or slamming shut accidentally. Opening restrictor fixes the sash in open position.
Suitable Roofing Materials
All Dakea Control skylights are designed to fit all common profiled roofing materials up to 90mm in profile height, including tiles and slates.
Weather and UV ray resistant
Made from kiln-dried pine wood with fungicide protection, 14mm double pane glass, and a steel handle with two ventilation positions.
Roof pitch
Control+ skylight is made for roof pitches between 15 and 60 degrees.
5-Year Guarantee
Dakea Control skylights come with a 5-year guarantee for added peace of mind.
Light control
Dakea Control skylights are designed for unoccupied areas of the house such as uninsulated attic, storage lofts and garages. It provides natural light into the interior and opens up the space.
Sideways opening
Dakea control skylight has openings that can be changed from right hung to left-hung

Dakea Control+ version is available in size 4573.
