Automated roof window operation
Includes a motor unit with electrical connections that handles the opening and closing of the window via the remote control or the rain sensor anytime and anywhere. After installation the window cannot be manually operated.
Equiped with a rain sensor
The device is equipped with a rain sensor that automatically closes the roof window during unexpected rain. This feature allows you to leave windows open with confidence, knowing they will close in adverse weather conditions, even when you are away from home.
For windows in difficult to reach positions
An easy and flexible solution which removes the need of having to reach up to operate the roof window. Perfect for windows in difficult to reach positions.
Smart home compatible
If electric roof windows are integrated with Somfy's io-homecontrol® system, they can be controlled via an app. By connecting to the Somfy TaHoma® switch control unit, the windows can be set to open and close according to pre-scheduled scenarios, allowing for regular attic ventilation and adjustable sunlight levels.
Complete Set
The opener set includes all necessary components and it can be installed on existing or new windows. One complete roof window opener set includes: a motor unit with all electrical connections, a rain sensor, a remote controller, screws and mounting brackets.
