Great after sales service you just wouldn’t get with any other manufacturer parts on the job within 24 hours excellent

Technical team - Cannot fault them. Sent in pictures of cracked glass and new one was ordered with 48 hrs. They came out and swapped over sashes on day and time I was given. They were polite and friendly.

We needed a replacement for our roof window. Andy Birch was really helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. He arranged the replacement. Mike fitted it very efficiently. Absolutely excellent service.

I had been recommended to this company by the installer. I called into stormspell in maghull, Liverpool. Gareth was a very knowledgeable and helpful guy. I had an issue with a recently installed dakea loft window. Gareth suggested to get in contact with Sam who sent a guy called Mike to investigate. Mike called round the next morning to fix the fault. Fixed it in no time at all, brilliant job. Overall, the whole team were unbelievably helpful and I'd recommend anyone to them. Thanks guys

Fitted several of these now, personally I think the quality is as good as Velux and at a much more affordable price. Will carry on using Dakea.
