We join Jon on a very typical project for them – a loft extension on this family house in the leafy Leeds suburb of Moortown.

The homeowners needed to expand their living space to make working from home easier and building up was the easiest solution.
This job involves building a raised gable loft extension at the back of the house, one bedroom with a bathroom and a dormer window at the back with three Ultima roof windows at the front.
