1. While using the DAKEA PRO.APP application, hereinafter referred to as the “application”, the following personal data is collected:
− first and last name,
− email address,
− phone number
− email address
− Specified shipping address
− Company data
− Geolocation – if you don’t want geolocation data to be collected, you can make this choice in your mobile device settings:

2. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the installation and use of the application.
1. The data administrator in the database is Altaterra Kft. with its registered office in Fertőd (postal code 9431), Hungary, at Malom köz 1, registered in the Hungarian business register under number 13543970-2-08. For all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing, you can contact the Data Administrator at its postal address or electronically at: dataprotection@altaterra.eu.
2. The Data Administrator ensures the security of personal data provided by Participants. The Data Administrator complies with applicable law, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”) of 27 April 2016 and the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection.
3. The Data Administrator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data, in particular protecting data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as against processing in violation of applicable law.
1. Participants’ personal data is processed exclusively for purposes specified in generally applicable law and in the Dakea Pro.app Regulations and Dakea Loyalty Program Terms, in particular:
1.a) in connection with agreements concluded with the Application (promotional codes, customer account service) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR,
1.b) for the purpose of establishing, investigating, or defending against claims related to the agreement concluded with the Client or the processing of personal data,
1.c) for the purpose of marketing the Data Administrator’s own products and services,
1.d) for the purpose of contacting the Participant in connection with using the application,
1.e) for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Application.
1. Personal data obtained as a result of concluding an agreement is processed from the moment of obtaining it until:
1.a) the end of the period provided for conducting the complaint procedure,
1.b) request to cease processing / delete personal data.
1. Personal data may be transferred to:
1.a) entities authorized to receive it under applicable law,
1.b) employees, associates of the personal data administrator,
1.c) entities to whom the personal data administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data.
1. The user has the right to access their data and the right to rectify it, delete it, request restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent for data processing.
2. Consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to: dataprotection@altaterra.eu
